Our Policy

Here at Love Notes PR, our goal is to share as many exciting releases as possible, and we do our best to avoid restrictions. However, distribution numbers are always at the discretion of the author. This means that some releases may have more advanced reader copies (ARCs) available than others. In the event of limited numbers, we will endeavor to pair the release with the best-suited candidates.

By accepting an ARC, you agree that you understand this is privileged material protected by copyright and must not be shared under any circumstances. You also agree to post a review free from spoilers and large sections of quotes. Finally, you agree not to run the book through AI nor use AI for promotion and reviews.

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in disqualification from future ARCs, and for serious breaches, we reserve the right to pass your contact information on to the author.

In the event you are successful:

  • You will receive your copy once we receive the ARC from the author and agree upon a date to share. This may range from as early as a month before release to as late as release day, depending on factors beyond our control. Regardless of when you receive your ARC copy, you will always have at least two weeks to submit your review to us.

  • We kindly ask that your review is posted on Goodreads by the book’s release date and on Amazon once the book goes live and reviews are enabled.

  • After the release, we will send a form requesting proof of your review. If you are unable to finish the book or leave a review by the deadline, please contact us at contact@lovenotespr.com. Repeated instances of being unable to review may affect your eligibility for future ARCs.

  • We do ask that you refrain from tagging the author in reviews with a rating of below 4 stars.

  • Failure to submit a review without prior explanation may result in disqualification from future ARC opportunities.
